Modality: %100 on-site role

The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical engineering foundation with hands-on experience in product design and manufacturing documentation. This individual is detail-oriented, capable of working independently, and able to clearly communicate technical concepts to cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design for product development/improvement of sub-sea equipment.
• Follow Product Development Process and generate sustainable product files (manufacturing drawings, quality requirements, etc.).
• Perform engineering calculations and/or finite element simulations as per design code.
• Generate test procedures such as factory acceptance tests and qualification tests among others.
• Verify product compliance to standards such as ISO 13628-7, ISO 13625-5, API 6A, API 17G, and API 5CT.
• Conduct technical reviews and make presentations to stakeholders.

Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (MANDATORY).
• Work experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, or ProE) and manufacturing drawings, including GD&T.
• Exposure to engineering calculations, product design, or product support with documentation responsibilities using analysis software such as Ansys.
• Strong ability to develop end-to-end product documentation and communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Candidates must be Panamanian citizens or hold a valid work permit for employment in Panama
• Advanced-Level English language skills (verbal and written).
