Primary Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers, introducing the software and its key benefits.
• Persuade customers to enroll in our trial program by showcasing value and addressing their needs.
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with interior designers, architects, and firm owners, understanding their needs and presenting solutions tailored to their work.
• Persuade customers to enroll in our trial program by showcasing value and addressing their specific challenges.
• Handle objections with empathy and a problem-solving mindset.
• Accurately document all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Consistently meet and exceed performance metrics such as conversion rates, lead generation, and enrollments.
• Stay adaptable to product updates, service changes, and new sales strategies.

Requisitos

Requirements:

• Candidates must be Panamanian citizens or hold a valid work permit for employment in Panama
• Minimum Educational requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Over one year of proven sales experience, demonstrating a successful track record.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to adapt to different personality types
• Analytical and empathetic approach to customer interactions
• Advanced-Level English language skills
• This role requires candidates to work onsite at our office in the Tower Financial Center.
• Knowledge in interior design/architecture is highly desired.
