Underwriter

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Underwriter. This position involves reviewing complex loan documentation and third-party reports, ensuring compliance with FHA/HUD guidelines, and mitigating project risks.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate HUD/FHA multifamily loan applications to ensure compliance with MAP, LEAN, and other FHA/HUD underwriting guidelines
• Review third-party reports such as appraisals, environmental assessments, physical condition assessments, and cost reports
• Conduct financial analysis including DSCR, LTV, rent roll inputs, and debt ratio calculations
• Prepare underwriting narratives, loan summary memoranda, and credit recommendation reports for internal and HUD submission
• Complete and validate HUD-FHA forms (e.g., 92013, 92264-A, 92664) ensuring accuracy and compliance

Insurance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Insurance Specialist to support the issuance of Certificates and Evidence of Insurance. This role requires accuracy, compliance knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Process requests for Certificates and Evidence of Insurance, ensuring timely and precise delivery
• Review insurance policies and contracts to confirm compliance with insurance requirements
• Develop a working knowledge of various insurance coverages and documentation types
• Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders via phone and email
• Organize, track, and manage documentation workflows to maintain accuracy and efficiency

• Proven experience in real estate underwriting, preferably with HUD/FHA programs
• Strong understanding of financial modeling and credit risk analysis
• Excellent written communication for report preparation
• Candidates must be Panamanian citizens or hold a valid work permit for employment in Panama

Insurance Specialist

Requirements

• Proficiency in reading and verifying policy forms in real estate or property-related insurance.
• Experience in requesting and issuing proof of coverage/certificates of insurance.
• Candidates must be Panamanian citizens or hold a valid work permit for employment in Panama
• Advanced-Level English language skills.
• Experience in Property and Casualty Insurance within AMS 360 software system is a plus.
