We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will play a critical role in managing the company's receivables, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining accurate financial records. Primary Responsibilities

Invoice and Billing Management

• Generate and send out invoices to customers in a timely manner
• Review billing discrepancies and resolve issues with customers
• Process billing adjustments as needed

Collections and Follow-Up

• Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments
• Contact customers to follow up on outstanding invoices and facilitate timely collections
• Resolve customer inquiries and disputes related to billing and payments

Cash Application

• Apply payments received to customer accounts accurately
• Reconcile payments with invoices and account for any discrepancies

Aging Reports and Reporting

• Prepare and analyze accounts receivable aging reports
• Provide regular reports on accounts receivable status to management

Customer Service

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and address their concerns professionally

Account Reconciliation

• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies
• Investigate and resolve unapplied payments

Requisitos

• Candidates must be Panamanian citizens or hold a valid work permit for employment in Panama
• Minimum Educational requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar role
• Proficient in accounting principles, practices, and software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective multitasking and prioritization abilities
• Advanced-Level English language skills
• This role requires candidates to work onsite at our office in the Tower Financial Center
