Primary Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers, introducing products/services and conveying key benefits.
  • Efficiently manage high volumes of inbound calls, ensuring timely and effective responses
  • Build and nurture sustainable relationships with customers, going the extra mile to enhance their overall experience.
  • Handle customer objections and concerns with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset
  • Identify and seize opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and address inquiries or concerns effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM system, ensuring real-time updates of account information.
  • Strive to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly key performance metrics consistently through strategic planning and proactive sales initiatives.
  • Adapt quickly to changes in products, services, or sales strategies and communicate these changes effectively to customers!
  • Regularly analyze key performance metrics such as conversion rates, lead generation, and revenue growth to identify areas for improvement.

Requisitos

  • Candidates must be Panamanian citizens or hold a valid work permit for employment in Panama
  • Minimum Educational requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Over one year of proven sales experience, demonstrating a successful track record
  • Strong multitasking abilities, prioritization skills, and effective time management
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices
  • Excellent phone and verbal communication skills, coupled with active listening abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to adapt to different personality types
  • Focused, persistent, and goal-oriented
  • Analytical and empathetic approach to customer interactions
  • Advanced-Level English language skills
  • This role requires candidates to work onsite at our office in the Tower Financial Center
