Responsibilities

Client Service

• Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor when interacting with colleagues
• Attend internal meetings to facilitate project discussions and updates
• Prepare comprehensive meeting minutes after each client interaction
• Provide crucial support to the team in creating detailed CAD/BIM documentation
• Present individual work progress to Seniors/Director on a project basis

Creative Leadership

• Stay informed about and discuss current industry trends in CAD/BIM documentation
• Participate in CAD/BIM seminars and training sessions, sharing insights and knowledge with the team
• Keep up to date with the latest software versions and techniques in the field

Project Deliverables

• Collaborate in the production of project administration, including production time schedules
• Produce project drawings (e.g., floor plans, elevations, electrical plans, RCPs, detail drawings, millwork drawings) with accuracy and efficiency at the appropriate level
• Create project documentation (material schedules, finish schedules, fixture schedules, etc.) with precision and efficiency
• Coordinate and maintain open communication with project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Follow up to ensure the work is performed within the company standards of CAD/BIM documentation
• Review and comment on services provided by contractor for design intent
• Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders (Senior Production/Senior Designers/Design Director, etc.) appropriately
• Review and comment on consultant drawings, shop drawings and finish samples accurately and efficiently

Requisitos

• Candidates must be Panamanian citizens or hold a valid work permit for employment in Panama.
• Possesses a high level of detailed drawings and documentation skill, with limited direction
• Ability to produce extremely efficient CAD production drawings and documentation to meet project timelines
• Highly organized, efficient, intelligent, confident, and discreet with a positive and confident demeanor
• Goal and detail-oriented with Advanced English communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, VRay, Sketch-Up, and MS Office Programs
• Possess advanced knowledge of interior design/Architecture principles/practices
• A bachelor’s degree in interior design or architecture
• This role requires candidates to work onsite at our office in the Tower Financial Center.
